Identice Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.identice.com. By placing an order with Identice, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 


1. Shipping Destinations

Identice currently ships to the following regions, subject to availability:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union (selected countries)
  • Australia & New Zealand

Shipping availability may change at any time due to logistical or regulatory limitations.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
  • During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and vary based on destination, carrier, and customs processing:

  • United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days

Identice does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated at checkout.


4. Shipping Costs & Tracking

  • Costs: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
  • Free Shipping: May be available for qualifying orders where indicated.
  • Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Updates may take up to 48 hours to activate.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Identice has no control over these fees, and orders refused due to unpaid customs may not be eligible for a refund.

 

6. Delivery Issues & Liability

Identice is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, or force majeure events.

Lost or Stolen Packages: * Responsibility transfers to the customer once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  • Identice is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
  • If a package is missing, contact support@identice.com; we will assist in a carrier investigation, though replacement is not guaranteed.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.
